Wine: vinified in 100% Verdicchio purity
Soil type: clayey with widespread presence of limestone – emerged lands formed by marine sedimentation
Training system: against espalier with Guyot system Planting density: 5,700 vines per hectare /
Maximum production: 0.8 kg per screw
Harvest: last second week of September by hand and in boxes
Vinification: destemming and soft pressing of the grapes, decantation of the must and decanting in the air and light of the clearest part; spontaneous fermentation without temperature control.
Aging: 6 months in steel tanks on fine lees with recurring batonnage and 2 months in the bottle.
Alcohol: 12.5%
Sulphurous: between 20 and 40 mg/Hl
