TANCA NICA - TERRA FORTE

Terra Forte by Tanca Nica is a 100% Zibibbo white wine that is savory, with fruity and Mediterranean scrub notes. The name derives from the type of soil different from Soki Soki because it is rich in clay with a high content of aluminum and iron, which gives power and structure to the grapes. The grapes come from a single vineyard trained as a sapling, located in the Bonsulton district (near Bukkuram) which were planted in 1931. The vinification involves 15 days of maceration on the skins and the refinement takes place in glass demijohns as well as in steel vats stainless steel. Only 1,000 bottles are produced each year.
