Scarzello's Barbera d'Alba Superiore presents itself as a compelling still image of the Piedmontese terroir of the Langhe, interpreted in a traditional and classic style by the winemaker Federico. A red rich in juice and pulp, with fragrant facets of violet and raspberries, mint and talc; in the mouth it is solid, with a silky tannic texture and a balsamic and perky finish. Wine made as it once was with artisanal methods
