Variety: 100% Aglianico del Vul-ture grapes;
vineyard: Venosa countryside, Montalbo district
Vinification: obtained by bloodletting after approximately 6-8 hours of cryomaceration, fermentation at a controlled temperature avoiding exceeding 16° C. Post-fermentation racking and maturation on the fine lees with repeated batonnage. A light filtering before bottling to ensure its brilliance.
Alcohol content: 13.50%
