Straw yellow color with light green reflections. Very typical in its clear and strong bouquet with delicate fruity notes (peach, pear). Vinous flavor with a fresh finish. The acidity is harmoniously linked to the fruity structure.

Recommended : with fish, seafood and shellfish, white meat and poultry
Harvest : usually at the end of October

Winemaking : alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature and aging 50% in steel and 50% in large wooden barrels (acacia) on fine yeasts for approximately 4 months
