The Champagne Yprésien Brut Nature sa Legrand Latour obtained from 70% Pinot Meunier – 30% Pinot Noir
(base 2018).

A Blanc de Noirs of soft extraction, played on the subtle ripples of the two varieties which here express themselves on the savory and
on the marine skeleton of the soil.

The voice of the earth, not the red fruit extraction one expects in the Marne. There are no equivalents or comparisons, the echo of a shell, a sound that is whispered to us softly, like a secret.
