Una al Giorno by Fra I Monti is a wine made from local red grapes aged in fiberglass tanks. The grapes come from vineyards located on clay-limestone soils at 420 meters above sea level. Manual harvest at the end of September and in the cellar, it is destemmed and remains in the open vat for 20 days. It continues its refinement for 8 months in fiberglass tanks and 4 months in the bottle. unfiltered wine.
