The Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG Ferragù 2014 is a wine with a complex structure, an elegant, balanced, rich and intense wine, just like the extraordinary nuance of its impenetrable red color, its aroma and flavor are equally incomparable.
Grape varieties: Corvina, Corvinone, Croatina, Oseleta, Rondinella.
Municipality: Cellore, hamlet of Illasi.

Training system: espalier (guyot)

Soil type: medium texture, with presence of skeleton.
Bottles produced per year: 4,000 bottles
Vinification: drying 70-90 days, fermentation at a controlled temperature with the inoculation of selected yeasts (saccharomyces cerevisiae).
Aging: 48 months in American and French oak barriques.
Harvest: October, manual.
Maturation: 12 months in bottle
