VINIFICATION: fermentation at a controlled temperature in steel fermenters for approximately 2/3 weeks, following the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, the wine is decanted into 225 liter barriques. The refinement in barrique takes place for approximately 12 months and the woods used are 70% French and 30% American. The wine is not filtered in any step. Over time, this causes the possibility of finding some sediment at the bottom of the bottle which has no correlation with the taste and flavor of the wine.
