Scarzello's Barolo is made from Nebbiolo grapes coming exclusively from the municipality of Barolo, in a traditional style, with refinement only in large oak barrels. The olfactory start is clearly floral, with hints of blackcurrant and strawberry, with beautiful depth and personality. The sip is sensual and soft, with subtle tannins and a long mentholated persistence. Wine made as it once was with artisanal methods
