Izaki winemaking is the latest addition to the range. A new wine that comes from a blend of vineyards that began full biodynamic cultivation in 2021. 50% of the harvest is vinified in the same way as Rebel Rebel and grown in 400 liter barrels. The remaining half is instead machined from stainless steel. 2020 was the first vintage for this wine, it was bottled unfiltered with just 15 mg/l of SO2
